ABOUT US
Upon seeing first-hand the lack of personal care items that children in the foster care system have to call their own, the idea of So Loved began.​
The So Loved Kids Clothing Closet exists to help meet the needs of children in the foster care system and other children in our community. We want to provide necessities needed for life. We help children with clothing, shoes, toiletries, diapers, and other needs as they arise.
So Loved opened on October 1, 2019, and was housed in the Batesville Intermediate School until November 2022 when we moved to our current location in the Batesville Area Resource Center (BARC). We currently serve more than 125 children per month. We have served over 6,000 children in our first 4 years!

We are an all-volunteer organization that would not be possible without the support of our community. We thank anyone who has ever volunteered or donated because without you there would still be many children in need.
